Justin Coates joined us today to talk about his experience with Mankato Public Safety beginning in June 2015. Justin was pinned to the ground by two members of public safety (Bill Reinbold, Ken Baker) in an image that was widely circulated following the murder of George Floyd. Since that time Justin has been working with Public Safety to increase accountability and his case has been subject to an outside investigation.
